Them Sweden girls are always so charming, hot and creative. Irresistible, some might say. Soso is the latest pop phenomenon of this kind. Dazed & Confused magazine calls her music for gloom-pop, while Soso herself have named the genre of her first single Chi Tek. Obviously she has an obsession for China, which her début album also suggest. An album which is coming out soon, and she produced everything herself, even the video above.
Her first single Who’s Gonna Love Me, comes with remixes from Style Of Eye, Ghost, El-B and Toby Tobias x2. The original is really good, but favorites is one of the Toby Tobias remixes or the funkyness of EL-B. Preview all HERE. We go for the dub of Toby Tobias.

It is no secret that we are looking forward to our RUCKUS party at Dunkel Bar on Friday 27th Jan. Headliner is Citizen, aka Laurence Matthew Blake, a young man we often have written about. From London’s bulging underground, Citizen aims to make his own past.With a fascination and inspiration of warehouse raves, Blake delivers a dark house sound filled with cut up vocal samples, 303 Acid, a myriad of effects and heavy bass tracks. In 2011 Citizen marked down at his popular remix of Adele, but especially with his Vanity EP, which was released in December on the new and acclaimed label Templar Sound. An EP which has been recognized and made medias like Boiler Room and XLR8R to shout aloud.

Wolfey is your perfect Sunday medication! The Canadian just released the Sleep Country EP on Blenheim & Celtic, his own start-up imprint, on December 25th, 2011. The release draws influences from artists such as Burial, DJ Shadow, Radiohead, James Blake, and Miles Davis.
